We have a variety of tools to get you prepared for interviews, job applications and even before your first day on the new job.
No more running around trying to figure things out and what the process is along the way. We have pathways for onboarding, getting started and getting paid from the first day of engagement.
Get paid on a regular, monthly basis for the work you are performing. Provide signed timesheet with accompanying invoice.

Let’s face it, our consultants are on the front lines and communicate with the same clients we do. This puts them in a unique spot to be able to identify additional ways that GC Brokers can assist. We have found that working hand in hand with consultants to ensure they are surrounded by other strong and capable resources is the best approach to take.
We regularly hear from consultants that contribute information to their staffing firms and nothing comes out of it, not even a thank you. We take the approach that there is nobody better suited to understand the needs of the client’s environment than the consultants that are already working there. When we can solve the challenges of our clients along side our partner consultants, we all win.
3. Charitable Giving
We believe in giving back a portion of our earnings to fund projects within our community and also across Canada. We have partnered with several Aboriginal organizations to assist with the projects that are desperately needed to help provide economic empowerment, sustainable growth and social and medical assistance. We look forward to sharing these success stories and how you can also get involved.
Our local charitable partner is “The Caring and Sharing Exchange” which aims at helping children ensure that they have the necessary school supplies when they return to school. We are a financial supporter of this organization and encourage others to assist if they are able.
4. Optional health coverage
This was a major concern for the majority of consultants that we work with. It is nearly impossible to get health coverage for things like prescription drugs, specialist appointments and medical equipment for you or your family members. GC Brokers factored this into our decision to offer medical coverage to our employees and independent contractors for a small additional fee.

Ongoing training and development is important to most technical resources in order to keep up with the latest technologies and to stay on the cutting edge. We have developed a resume builder application that will transform the way people apply to government contracts and jobs. There is a standard way that the government accepts these applications but it is not well known.
